Palo Alto Networks Singapore

Environmental Graphic Design, Wayfinding

Paperspace Asia engaged Rehla Design to craft a comprehensive signage and wayfinding system for the revamped Palo Alto Networks Singapore office.

Our design approach drew inspiration from scientific processes, translating these notions into an integrated wayfinding solution. Exposed, blackened ceilings create a striking backdrop to the corporate interiors that blend in with the signage design language.

Suspended directional signs echo the gentle slopes of the lighting profiles and acoustic baffles, their sinuous forms blending seamlessly into the environment. Positioned at cardinal points across the square floorplate, these directional signs provide intuitive navigation. Heads-up graphic maps complement the signs, orienting visitors and staff with clarity at all ends of the corridors.

Given the high density of small to medium-sized meeting rooms along the core, we implemented a unique numbering system reminiscent of airport concourses. This pragmatic solution ensures efficient wayfinding and reinforces the office’s dynamic character.

Environmental graphics further enrich the workplace. Supersized visuals and digitally printed acoustic panels animate the walls, with colours drawn directly from the brand guidelines. Each zone carries a distinct theme: natural landscapes in the boardroom, flowing abstract forms along corridors, and Singapore-inspired artwork that celebrates local culture. Together, these elements inject vibrancy and uplift the spatial experience.

To maintain privacy and security, we employed a restrained typographic system paired with frosted decals across glass frontages. A bespoke set of icons, developed from the brand’s visual language, completes the system—making the office intuitive, stress-free, and visually cohesive.
