Singaporean Stories Unravelled

In 2019, we had the opportunity to revamp Binary Style’s e-commerce website and update select print collateral. The Fall season for Binary Style was especially important, as they began to expand their portfolio range beyond scarves — and needed the website to reflect their new positioning as a fashion brand.

Using a Shopify template, we re-organised their collection and added filters to help people navigate through. Using tags allowed us to convey important updates, such as whether a product is new, sold out or a bestseller.

We refined the copywriting by cutting down clutter and focused on core messaging to their target customers — locals, tourists, collaborators and companies seeking corporate gifts.

We also updated the business cards by adapting motifs from the scarves' patterns, to add a whimsical touch. With plenty of patterns to choose from, the artwork can be changed over coming months, as the Binary Style team often gives out cards after pop-up fairs and at store displays.

Another key Point-of-Sales collateral we designed were informative posters that stand out at booths and pop-up stores. Given the limited space constraints, we created portrait and landscape-oriented posters that can be displayed at their counters.

We had the chance to work with Rehla Design and have them revamp our website. As designers ourselves, we are very particular about aesthetics and art direction.

The team paid close attention to details and understood our needs. Our meetings were efficient and concise; timelines were clear and targets always met. We highly recommend Rehla Design!
